April 29, 2008

An apology to all of AVMARK’s customers and subscribers. This has been a terrible two months for the company. In late February we decided to change communications providers. Anything and everything that could go wrong has and unfortunately continues to do so. At several points we lost all communications: Phone, Fax, and Internet. Finally, we got a couple of lines working until the new communication company messed it up again. As the Newsletter is heavily dependent on our communications network it ended up being hideously late despite our best efforts.

Given the problems please find following background numbers for the telephone and fax. The first numbers should call forward but there is no guarantee.

Telephone: +1-703-528-5610 or 703-242-2660
Fax: +1-703 528-3689 or 703-242-0085

Further, at least in the short run, if you can not reach us on the internet, communications can be sent to bbeyer3@cox.net. This email address will only be valid for the next month but should cover any interim problems.

The April 2008 Newsletter will follow in a few days and we should be caught up again in May. We appreciate your patience in our dealing with these problems.

Sincerely,
Barbara L. Beyer
President
